Speaking to the representatives of these two institutions, Bishop Philippe told them that their intervention in the pastoral care of the Church is unparalleled. Indeed, SORAS General Insurance Ltd has paid 1,200 subscriptions in the Kinyamateka Journal, in the year 2018, for couples who use natural methods of birth control. These subscriptions "allowed the Kinyamateka newspaper to reach a lot of people and increase its visibility in the Rwandan community" acknowledged the presiding Bishop of the CEPR.

As for Isango Star TV, it regularly broadcasts the Sunday Mass since 2016 on the occasion of the solemnity of Christ the King. And every Sunday at 3:30 pm, it assures free replay of important events of the Church. Mugabo Justin, Director of Isango Star TV, said they had been broadcasting the Sunday Masses on their own initiative. But as a result of the certificate granted, they will do so with all the assurance of the support of the Bishops.
